Drea Krause

Drea is passionate about empowering students and sharing her love of dance. She began her dance training at age 8, specializing in jazz, lyrical, and pom. Later, she served as captain of her high school dance team, competed and performed at football and basketball games at Grand View University, and danced recreationally at the University of Iowa.

As a dance instructor, Drea choreographed state competition routines for Sioux Central High School. Five years ago, she started her pole fitness journey at Queen of Hearts Fitness. She also taught sociology to over 600 undergraduate students while obtaining her PhD at Florida State University. She looks forward to bringing her dance and teaching experience into the studio. Each class, students will learn new skills while strengthening their foundations with step-by-step demonstrations. Students will also receive personalized feedback to take their pole and flow to the next level. Drea focuses on form and technique while providing the space for students to explore, express, and share their creativity. She loves to learn from her students and celebrates with them when they land a new trick or leave class glowing.
